Description:
The subject of the performance of this public order is construction modifications in the building on the park. no. st. 4/1, c. u. Vrbičany near Lovosice. 10 new housing units will be created. A detailed definition of the subject of the public contract is given in Annex No. 5 of the procurement documentation, prepared by Ing. Ivana Hačkova, ID 42474272, se registered office U Medulanka no. 5403, 412 01, Litoměřice Pokratice, authorized engineer in the field of building construction with ČKAIT authorization number: 0400781. The definition of the subject of this public contract is further specified in Annex No. 3 of the procurement documentation. Project entitled "Construction modifications of apartment building No. 2 will be supported from call No. 1/DB/2024 for submitting applications for the provision of support to cover part of the costs associated with the construction or acquisition of affordable rental apartments within the Affordable Rental Housing program in 2024.
