• Construction manager No. 46943 - ZŠ and SŠ Březiněves - construction and constructions No. 42472 - TV Březiněves - stage 0004 - Nameless and stage 0007-V lány The subject (basic purpose) of the Public Contract is to ensure the function of the construction manager and related activities (hereinafter referred to as "Building manager") within the implementation of the construction of a primary school and a lyceum in the Březiněves district (hereinafter referred to as "Buildings"), including other related buildings, as well as utility networks, roads, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "technical equipment" or also "TV"), located on the same or possibly some other plots of land, while the work will be carried out partly in the form of design & build, where the General Contractor (as defined below) will also provide related design and engineering activities to the Client together with the construction works (hereinafter referred to as "Project" or "Construction").
