Description: The subject of public procurement is the construction work consisting in the reconstruction of the existing two-storey building and the new 6 storey extension to this building. In two floors will be housed residential rooms for the elderly for the elderly, other floors will be residential rooms for home with special regime. The construction includes related engineering objects (relics and engineering network connections), reconstruction of the energocenter, car park, paved surfaces and parks. The range of construction work is distinct from project documentation that is part of the tender documentation.
