Description:
The subject of the public contract "Construction of an educational center and digitization workplace in the Municipal Library in Šumperk - IT equipment" is the supply of IT equipment for the digitization workplace located in the attic of the Municipal Library in Šumperk (this is mainly large-format scanner, book scanner, desktop PC, printer and projector), including complete installation, commissioning and operator training. The supplied equipment must be new, not refurbished, unused and must meet all technical parameters as they are defined in Appendix No. 4 - Statement of dimensions (binding document), to the relevant part of the ZŘ. The delivered equipment must be in accordance with valid Czech technical standards and in accordance with generally binding legal regulations in force in the Czech Republic at the time of delivery of the purchase item, then in accordance with the instructions of the suppliers of materials and the instructions of the manufacturers of equipment forming part of the subject of the performance of the VZ. The delivery includes verification of the functionality of the delivered equipment, employee training, processing and delivery of user manuals and regulations for operation and maintenance, in the Czech language. During the warranty period, free safety and technical checks will be carried out, which are necessary for the operation of these devices, incl. all prescribed or recommended checks and revisions. The winning supplier guarantees availability spare parts and post-warranty service for the lifetime of the scanners - at least 8 years from the date of delivery.
