Description:
The subject of the public contract is the completion of the Feasibility Study and related annexes, including the actual implementation of the "Construction of the F. X. Šalda Gymnasium Pavilion, Liberec 11, Partyzanska 530, contribution organization".
Architectural and artistic design is based on the requirement to implement significantly energeticallyenergy efficient buildings. The minimal building envelope is aided by its simple, compact shape. On a rectangular floor plan with one underground floor, there are two floors of classrooms and the building is finished with a receding floor, with the technological part of the building, other classrooms and a roof terrace (partially covered).
EnergetickThis concept is also reflected in the formal aspect of the architecture. The southern facade is equipped to the maximum extent with window openings (passive gains of natural lighting) and wall-mounted PV panels. The vertical position of the panels ensures a better reception of sunlight in low solar horizons (i.e. outside the summer holidaysy). The north facade, on the other hand, is designed with minimum window sizes, which, however, still allow the operation of special classrooms and offices. The north wall will be technically prepared for planting with evergreen plants (ivy), the roof will be extensive green.
