- The subject of this public contract is also the provision of related project activities, namely the processing of project documentation for the building. Construction project documentation means construction project documentation according to the internal regulations of the contracting authority SŽ SM011 Construction Documentation of the Railway Administration, statei organization and according to Appendix No. 3 and Appendix No. 4 of Decree No. 146/2008 Coll., on the scope and content of project documentation for transport constructions, as amended, in the complete scope specifying the construction in technical, economic and architectural details, which are clearly defined bysubject to a public contract according to the procurement documentation.
The project documentation will determine the material, material, construction technical, technological, layout and operational properties of the work and the quality will take into account the impact of the construction on the environment and enable the creation of a list of works with a statement of dimensions, a detailed fieldbudget of individual objects of the construction part (SO) and objects of technical and technological equipment (PS) and the overall budget as a basis for partial invoicing during construction implementation. The project documentation will respect the approved documentation for territorial management, including approved investmentsoperational costs. Part of the project works are all activities and documents ensuring a comprehensive public hearing, discussions with the owners of the immovable property in question and the provision of all necessary documents and certificates required for the issuance of a project permit, on the basis of the client's power of attorney.
