- The subject of the construction work is the construction work of the existing building of the fire station, in the PD marked as "Stage 1". Other stages are not the subject of the currently realized construction work or this public contract. In the existing building of the fire station, there will be building modifications to meet the current needs of JSDH members. Part of the construction work are also areas that will be used by the city police. The construction work mainly concerns the two -storey part of the building. In addition, small construction work in the garages and an extension of the garage are designed. In the framework of the construction modifications, the interior changes of the building interior will be changed, the external fillings of the holes will be replaced, the building will be insulated in the modified part (peripheral masonry, roof, floors). There will be modifications to TZB (new wiring, internal wiring of ZTI and heating in accordance with layout changes). The existing part of the building (garage) will be carried out a single -storey extension of the garage for a historic fire truck. East of the existing building, new construction of pens for dogs and shelter for a trailer will be built.
