• Description:
• The contracting authority has the right to manage the construction of the D1 highway, which includes, in accordance with § 12, paragraph 5 of Act No. 13/1997 Coll., on Land Transport, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZPK"), the "Osek" highway rest area located at km 289.3 on the left of the D1 highway, located on the plot of park. No. 1628/1 in the cadastral territory of Osek nad Bečvou (hereinafter referred to as "Odpočivka"). The contracting authority is interested in the realization and subsequent operation of charging stations for heavy electric vehicles at Odpočivka by the concessionaire within charging park, which will provide users of the D1 highway with alternative fuels, primarily for electric vehicles with a maximum permitted weight of more than 3.5 tons. By awarding this concession, the contracting authority aims, among other things, to fulfill the conditions specified in the regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2023/1804 of 13/09/2023 on the introduction of infrastructure for alternative fuels and on the repeal of Directive 2014/94/EU (hereinafter referred to as the "AFIR Regulation"). The subject of the concession is defined in detail in the text of the Agreement and its annexes and constitutes it especially: processing of project documentation to the extent and under the conditions set by the Contract, execution of complete engineering activities in relation to obtaining planning permission for the implementation of construction modifications and the placement of charging stations and others permitted by the contracting authority objects, obtaining the related approval decision, ensuring the complete implementation of construction works and the installation of charging stations within the charging park within the specified period so that the charging p...
