Description: The subject of the public contract is: (1) cooperation in the preparation of tender conditions for the selection of the Contractor, including assessment, settlement of comments and approval of the DSP proposal for the Work and including activities until the issue of SP, (2) performance of technical supervision of the builder over the construction in the sense and performance of the activity of the construction manager within the scope of SOD business conditions, (3) acceptance, registration, inspection, assessment of all documentation submitted by the Contractor, (4) organizational provision of the Construction on the client's side, control and coordination of the Contractor's activities during the trial operation of SVL and in connection with the return of SVL to the Client according to SOD, (5) financial supervision over the Contractor's activities, (6) cooperation with the author's supervision of the Construction Designer, (7) processing of written reports.
