• The subject of the public contract is to ensure effective supply of spare parts for tram repair through the establishment of a consignment warehouse and the associated obligation of the supplier to maintain the species and quantity of spare parts in the consignment warehouse, under conditions and within the periods set out in terms of the binding design of the framework agreement, which consists of Annex 2 of the tender documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "Framework Agreement" or "Binding Subject of the Framework Agreement"), and to the extent of the spare parts specification according to the item price list, which forms Annex 1.
