Description:
The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the construction - connection of the Secondary School of Economic and Forestry (hereinafter referred to as SŠHL) Frydlant, p.o., Bělikova 1387, Frydlant 464 01 for Hotlovod.

The building is divided into 3 buildings:
SO - 01 - modifications in the existing municipal boiler room
SO - 02 - Pipe replacement in existingHeating channel
SO - 03 - NEW HOT SHORT PRO SCHHL

The public contract is divided into parts within the meaning of § 18 and § 35 of the ZZZZ and each part is awarded in a separate tender.

The subject of this part of the public contract is the construction and assembly work associated with the realization of the hot water supply according to the conditions specified in the PD,which forms Annex 3 of the LC, in the extent specified in the itemized budget of the building, which forms Annex 2 ZP. The subject of the Public Procurement also includes the setting of existing utilities, the performance of the newly installed pipes, the ecological disposal of the demolished pipes, the processingDocumentation of actual design, geometric focus of completed construction. The conditions for fulfilling the subject of this part of the public contract are defined in detail in the draft contract for the work, which consists of Annex 4 of the LC.Installation work, which will be acquired directly by the contracting authority (based on the result of the tender for the second part of the VZ) and will be delivered to the selected supplier according to the timetable agreed in accordance with Article 6ZP.
