Description:
The subject of public contracts awarded in DNS will be the provision of wood production services primarily at the location of the removal point (hereinafter referred to as "OM"). The subject of the public contract (implementation of mining activities) includes, in particular, the implementation of timber harvesting, the handling of timber into the required assortments, the approach of timber to the OM, andthis includes the sorting of firewood according to assortment and disposal in landfills. For firewood production, it will be possible to use the technologies specified in the DNS categories. The required technology will always be specified in the call for tenders in accordance with Section 141 of the Act. The contracting authority is also authorized in the invitation to submit an offer in smyslu § 141 of the Act to set more detailed requirements for a specific technology, or is also authorized to limit the use of the technology used and to set such requirements for the provision of the service that will take into account the environment and conditions in which the technology is to be deployed (e.g. set a requirement fortransport of firewood in a trailer or harvester parameters, etc.).
