- The subject of the public contract, which is a concession, is the construction of a residential facility for social services for the elderly in the location of the Kocianka Home for the Elderly (k.u. Sadova, Brno-Kralovo Pole) with a currently designed capacity of up to 259 beds and its subsequent operation for the purpose of providing residential social services according to special legal regulations for the duration of the concession. At the same time, the contracting authority states that the possibility that the selected supplier will take over and, for the duration of the concession, ensure the operation of the existing facility of social services for the elderly in the given location with a capacity of 323 beds. The contracting authority assumes that negotiations will be conducted with the participants on different ownership or use regimes for the infrastructure being built, while the contracting authority prefers the construction to be owned by the concessionaire as part of the right of construction established for the land in question.

In this context, the contracting authority clarifies that the object of the concession will include the construction and operation of the following buildings, for which a zoning decision has already been issued, which forms Annex No. 2 of the procurement documentation:
• object 05 extension of the home for the elderly, connected by a neck to DS Kocianka (projected capacity of 163 beds),
• object 04 a separate object of a home for the elderly (projected capacity of 75 beds),
