- In accordance with Section 33 of the ZZVZ, the contracting authority acknowledges that market consultations (hereinafter referred to as the "PTK") will lead to the tender conditions and inform the suppliers of their intentions and requirements and calls on the supplier to participate in preliminary market consultations within two tender proceduresand "HPCQC - AI of the calculation cluster".
