• Description:
• The subject of the work is the construction of the "Complex reconstruction of the roof of the new check-in hall of ŽST Prague hl.n.", 1st stage - Modifications of the Wilson road-drainage, restoration of the waterproof insulation of the ceiling of the New check-in hall, new transition. The subject of the work includes complete replacement of the waterproofing and drainage system of the ceiling structure above the reinforced concrete part of the new check-in hall in ŽST Prague hl.n. The subject of the work also includes local repairs to the ceiling structure of the hall. Furthermore, the subject of work is the modification of building constructions and distributions in commercial units and communication corridors located under the ceiling slab, on which part of the parking lot and the main road are located. Part of the subject of the work is also the construction of a new layout and traffic layout of the highway and bus stops in front of Fantová building and in the surrounding area. Furthermore, the subject is the change of surfaces on the adjacent areas of the Fanta building. Scope of the Work "Comprehensive reconstruction of the roof of the new check-in hall of ŽST Prague hl.n.", 1st stage - Modifications of the Wilson road - drainage, restoration of waterproofing NOH ceiling insulation, the new transition is: • construction of the building according to the tender documentation, • processing of construction implementation documentation, • preparation of documentation of the actual execution of the construction, including the geodetic part and documents for approval (description of deviations and documentation for construction permit with marking of deviations, see Article 4.5.2 ZTP).
