Description:
The nature and amount of work, supplies or services or the relevant needs and requirements: The subject of the public contract is to perform the construction event “Comprehensive modernization of the Kindergarten in Ropice II”. The subject of the construction is the construction work of the building, which serves as a civic amenities - kindergarten. Building modifications will not change the purpose of use - construction work is designed to increase the capacity of children in the existing two departments of kindergartens on the 1st floor, to the creation of a new class of kindergartens for pre -school children on the 2nd floor of the building, to reduce the energy performance of the building and to solve barrier -free inputs to the building. There will also be thermal insulation of the cladding and roof, replacement of holes, adjustments to ZTI, Tue and wiring, new air conditioning and cooling. Furthermore, the WWTP, including the new sewerage system, the rain sewer, including the storage tank and the infiltration building, the non -public part of the LV connection, the new supply gas equipment and the new water connection will be realized.
