- The nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or the indication of the relevant needs and requirements: The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the construction project "Complex modernization of Kindergarten in Ropica II.". The subject of the construction is the construction of a building that serves as a civic amenity - a kindergarten. Construction modifications will not change the purpose of use - construction modifications are proposed to increase the capacity of children in the existing two kindergarten departments on the 1st floor, to create a new kindergarten class for preschool children on the 2nd floor of the building, to reduce the building's energy consumption and to solve barrier-free entrances into the building. In addition, the perimeter shell and roof will be insulated, openings will be replaced, ZTI, UT and electrical installations will be modified, new air conditioning and cooling systems will be installed. In addition, a sewage treatment plant including a new sewage system, rainwater system including an accumulation tank and an infiltration facility, a non-public part of the LV electrical connection, a new gas sampling device and a new water connection will be implemented. A detailed specification of the subject of the public contract is given in the procurement documentation and its annexes.
