Description: The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of the proposal of comprehensive land consolidation (hereinafter referred to as the “Kopú”) in the cadastral area of Munich and the adjacent parts of the neighboring cadastral territories of Katowice and Mole near Strakonice, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the cadastre. The design of the KPO will be processed so that it can be entered in the Land Register. The work will serve as a basis for the decision of the Land Office to approve the proposal of land consolidation and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights.
The district of the comprehensive land consolidation will include the entire cadastral territory of Munich (Munich municipality), outside the built-up area of the municipality and the adjoining parts of the neighboring cadastral territories of Katovice (Katovice village) and Krta near Strakonice (Krta-Hradec village). The total expected area of the landscaping circuit is 807 ha (of which 807 ha solved pursuant to §2 and 0 ha unresolved pursuant to §2).
