Description: The subject of performance is to process the design of comprehensive land consolidation in the cadastral territory of Pivonice near Pohorská Ves, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the land register by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll. as amended. From the total area of the cadastral area 2,052 ha includes an area of 2,040 ha in the district, with 1,760 ha are forest stands. Only urban remains outside the perimeter. The proposal will be processed so that it can be entered in the Land Register. The work will serve as a basis for the decision of the Land Office to approve the proposal of land consolidation and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights.
