Description: The subject of the performance of this public contract is to process the proposal of comprehensive land consolidation in the cadastral area of the Napajedla and part of the cadastral territory of Otrokovice, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll. ), as amended. The work will serve as a basis for the decision of the Land Office to approve the proposal of land consolidation and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The proposal of the KPO will be drawn up according to a more detailed division, which precisely corresponds to the particulars specified in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., On the procedure for the implementation of land consolidation and the requirements of the land consolidation, as amended (hereinafter referred to as “Decree No. 13/2014 Coll. . ”).
