Description: The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of the proposal of comprehensive land consolidation (hereinafter referred to as the “Kopú”) in the cadastral territory of Mžany, including the comprehensive part of the cadastral area. Dub near MŽany, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the land register by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., On the Land Register (Cadastral Decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Cadastral Decree”).
The design of the KPO will be processed so that it can be entered in the Land Register.
The district of comprehensive land consolidation will include the entire cadastral area of the municipality of Mžany, outside the built -up and built -up area of the municipality and due to the possibility of changing the cadastral border, accessing land and solving anti -erosion measures and a comprehensive and related part of the cadastral area.
