Description: The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of designs of comprehensive land consolidation (hereinafter referred to as the “Kopú”) in the cadastral area of Lískovice u Ostroměř and in the cadastral territory of Terezina donations, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the cadastre by Decree No. 357/ 2013 Coll., On the Land Register (Cadastral Decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Cadastral Decree”).
The design of the KPO will be processed so that it can be entered in the Land Register.
The entire cadastral area of the municipality of Lískovice u Ostroměř, outside the built -up area of the municipality, will include the district of the comprehensive land consolidation. The estimated area of the area is 482 ha in the cadastral area. The entire cadastral area of Terezina Daries, outside the built -up area of the municipality, will include the district of the comprehensive land consolidation. The estimated area of the area is 150 ha in the cadastral area.
