TITLE: Comprehensive land consolidation in cadastral area. Boršice u Blatnice

Description: The subject of the performance of this public contract is to process the proposal of comprehensive land consolidation (hereinafter referred to as the “Kopú”) in the cadastral area of Boršice u Blatnice, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll. real estate (cadastral decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Cadastral Decree”).
The design of the KPO will be processed so that it can be entered in the Land Register.
The KPÚ will be dealt with with special consideration of accessing the land, adjusting the water management conditions, anti -erosion and flood measures.
The district of the comprehensive land consolidation will include the entire cadastral area of the municipality of Boršice u Blatnice, outside the built -up area of the village and larger forest units. The estimated area of the area is in the cadastral area of Boršice near Blatnice 975 ha.
