- The subject of the public contract is the construction work consisting of an extensive reconstruction of the elementary school in Brumov - Bynice, which aims to carry out energy economical measures. It will be mainly thermal insulation of the cladding of the building with white facade polystyrene, replacement of window and doorFilling holes including glass walls (aluminum material), insulation of roof structure over -insulation, including roofing, lightning and roof windows, new guttering sidewalks along the perimeter of concrete pavement, extension portal at the building and and replacement of all tinsmith elements. ATBuildings B1, B2 and C are proposed to abolish the half -roof with a new solution of stretching shields into a saddle shape. It is also proposed to cancel all roof dormers with replacement for roof windows. Photovoltaic panels are designed on the roof of the building. It is also designed to demolish all existing balconies. WhatThe interior spaces are designed in all classrooms to improve the indoor environment of the new recuperation unit and in the vast majority of classrooms and cooling units, new luminaires and painting of all premises. In all corridors are designed new drooping acoustic SDK Soplavets. Around the publicThe sidewalk is designed to plant tree alley.
