Description of the contract: A framework agreement with three participants will be concluded for the performance of the public contract for a period of 4 years from the effective date of the framework agreement. The award of public contracts on the basis of a framework agreement will take place without renewal of competition, on the basis of calls for performance, based on the principle of rotation, where the contracting authority will gradually address individual suppliers to provide partial performance, in the order in which they placed. framework agreement and also with the renewal of the competition (implementation of the so-called mini-tenders), when the parts of the contract will be awarded on the basis of parts of the contracts concluded in accordance with the conditions set out in the framework agreement. Details are given in the framework agreement forming an annex to this tender dossier. The scope of performance based on the framework agreement will always and unconditionally be determined by the operational needs of the contracting authority based on the request of the contracting authority and the supplier is obliged to fully respect these operational needs.
