Description: The subject of this public procurement is the processing of comprehensive landscapes in the cadastral territory of Jakartovice, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class designed to restore the cadastre of real estate decree no. 357/2013 Coll., On the cadastre of real estate (cadastral decree), as amended Regulations (hereinafter referred to as "Cadastral Decree"). The design of Kopú will be processed so that it can be entered in the cadastre of real estate. The work will serve as a basis for the decision of the land authority to approve land regulation and decisions on the exchange or transition of ownership rights. Draft KPO will be made according to a more detailed breakdown that exactly corresponds to the requirements set out in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., On the procedure for the implementation of land adjustments and the requirements of the proposal of land adjustments, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Decree No. 13/2014 Coll . "). The estimated landscaping circuit is 688 ha.
