Description: The subject of performance of the above-limit public service contract is the elaboration of a proposal for complex land improvements (hereinafter "KoPÚ") in the cadastral area (hereinafter "cadastral area") Polešovice, including the necessary geodetic works in accuracy class intended for renewal of the Cadastral Office by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the Real Estate Cadastre (Cadastral Decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Cadastral Decree”) and preparation of all documentation for the introduction of KoPÚ results into the Real Estate Cadastre.
The draft CoPÚ will be processed so that it can be registered in the real estate cadastre. The work will serve as a basis for the decision of the land office on the approval of the proposed land improvements and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights.
