- The subject of the public contract is the processing of a proposal for complex land improvements (hereinafter referred to as "KoPU") in the cadastral territory of Volyn, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class specified for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll. The draft of the KoPU will be processed so that it can be registeredto the real estate register. The work will serve as a basis for the land office's decision on the approval of the proposal for land improvements and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The draft of the CoPU will be drawn up according to a more detailed breakdown that exactly corresponds to the requirements set out in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure for carrying out land improvements and the requirements of the proposal for land improvements. The results of the land improvements will serve for the renewal of the cadastral record and as an indispensable basis for planning and landscape architecture. The KoPU district will include the majority of the cadastral territory Volotherwise, outside the built-up area of ββthe municipality and outside the large forest complexes in the west and southeast of the municipality. Volhynia. Other forest units will be included in the KoPU district, as land dealt with according to Β§ 2 of Act No. 139/2002 Coll., in pl. wording. The total estimated area of ββthe KoPU district is 522 ha (of which 519 ha are dealt with according to Β§2 and 3ha neΕeΕ‘ene dle Β§2).
