Description:
The subject of the public contract is the processing of a proposal for complex land improvements in the cadastral territory of Milavče and Radonice u Milavči, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class designated for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the cadastre of real estate (cadastral decree), inno subsequent regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "cadastral decree").
The draft KoPU will be processed in such a way that it can be registered in the real estate cadastre.
The work will serve as a basis for the land office's decision on the approval of the proposal for land improvements and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights.The draft CoPU will be drawn up according to a more detailed breakdown, which exactly corresponds to the requirements set out in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure for carrying out land improvements and requirements for the proposal for land improvements, as amended.and the high-speed railway corridor, adjustment of transport measures, water management conditions, anti-erosion and anti-flood measures and increasing the ecological stability of the area of interest.
The entire cadastral territory of the municipality of Milavče (694509) and Radonice u Milavči will be included in the complex land management area(738255), outside the built-up area of the municipality. The expected size of the area under consideration in both cadastral areas (hereinafter referred to as "c. u.") is 918 ha. Both units will be handled as one territorial unit defined by the KoPU district in one procurement procedure.
