Description:
The subject of the performance of this public order is the processing of a proposal for complex land improvements in the cadastral area of Javornik in the Krkonoše Mountains and in the subsequent part of the c.u. Rudnik, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class determined for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the cadastre nomovable property (cadastral decree), as amended.
The draft KoPU will be processed in such a way that it can be registered in the real estate cadastre.
The entire cadastral territory of Javornik in the Krkonoše municipality of Rudnik will be included in the area of complex land management, outside the built-up area of the municipality and absolutely necessarypart of the Rudnik cadastral territory. The estimated size of the area under consideration is 499 ha in the cadastral area.
