Description:
The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of a proposal for complex land improvements (hereinafter referred to as "KoPU") in the cadastral area of Zlechov, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class specified for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decreeka), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "cadastral decree").
The draft KoPU will be processed in such a way that it can be registered in the real estate cadastre.
The KoPU will be solved with special attention to making land available, adjusting water management conditions and anti-erosion measures.
To the perimeter complex landthe entire cadastral territory of the village of Zlechov, excluding the built-up part of the village and the part of the territory after completed simple land improvements. The estimated size of the area to be addressed is 450 ha in the Zlechov cadastral area.
