Description:
The subject of the performance of this public order is the processing of a proposal for complex land improvements (hereinafter referred to as "KoPU") in the cadastral area of Těně v Brdy, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class determined for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre ( cadastraldecree), as amended.
The work will serve as a basis for the land office's decision on the approval of the proposal for land improvements and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The proposal of the KoPU will be rejectedtoven according to a more detailed breakdown, which exactly corresponds to the requirements set out in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure for carrying out land improvements and the requirements for the proposal for land improvements, as amended.she No. 15/2015 Coll., on the abolition of the military district of Brda, on the determination of the borders of military districts, on the change of the borders of regions and on the change of related laws, the land development will mainly deal with land by land type forest land.
Before ascertaining the course of the boundaries of the perimeter, land improvements will have to be carried outof pyrotechnic survey.
