- The subject of the public contract is the processing of complex land improvements in c.u. Nosislav (hereinafter referred to as "KoPU v. nosislav") and complex land improvements in the no. Židlochovice (hereinafter referred to as "KoPU in k.u. Židlochovice"). In both cases, the proceedings for the KoPU were initiated on the basis of requests from land owners pursuant to zAct No. 139/2002 Coll., on land adjustments and land authorities, as amended, with the aim of spatially and functionally organizing ownership rights to land and related easements, making land available and ensuring conditions for rational management of land owners and increasing ecologystability of the landscape. The results of the KoPU will serve for the renewal of the cadastral record and as an indispensable basis for spatial planning. Within the framework of the KoPU in the c.u. Nosislav, the estimated size of the area under consideration is 1,077 ha, the estimated area includes 10,333 parcels, registered on 776 owner's deedsyours Within the framework of the KoPU in the c.u. Židlochovice has an estimated area of 248 ha, the estimated area of the KoPU includes 1,093 parcels registered on 327 title deeds.
