- The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of a proposal for complex land improvements (hereinafter referred to as "KoPU") in the cadastral territory of Nemile and the cadastral territory of LupΔna, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class specified for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the cadastre don't(cadastral decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as "cadastral decree").
CoPU proposals will be processed in such a way that they can be registered in the real estate cadastre.
The public contract is divided into two separate parts:
Part 1: Complex land improvements in c.u. Nemile
Part 2: Complexni land improvements in c.u. Peeled
k.u. Nemile - the estimated area of ββland included in the KoPU is 75 ha
k.u. Lupene - the estimated area of ββland included in the KoPU is 77 ha
