- The subject of the performance of this public order is the processing of a proposal for complex land improvements (hereinafter referred to as "KoPU") in the cadastral territory of Obyčtov, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class specified for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decreeka), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "cadastral decree").
The entire cadastral territory of the municipality of Obyčtov, outside the built-up territory of the municipality, will be included in the comprehensive land development area. The estimated size of the area under consideration is in the cadastral area (hereafter referred to as the "c. u.") Obyčtov 775 ha.
