Description:
The subject of the performance of the above-limit public contract for services is the processing of the KoPU proposal, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class specified for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll.
The municipality of Metylovice is part of the Moravian-Silesian Region, located in the western part of the district of Frydek-Mistek and spawill place Frydlant nad Ostravici under the administrative district of the municipality with extended jurisdiction. It is a foothill village located 5 km north of the town of Frydlant nad Ostravici and 10 km south of the town of Frydek-Mistek. The size of the treated area in ha (PU perimeter) is 474 ha. The number of owners in the ObPU is 265. There are noand there is no specially protected area. An update of the BPEJ was carried out prior to the commencement of land management. The basic map basis is the DKM map. The municipality of Metylovice has prepared a flood plan for its territory. There is a protected deposit area and slope instability in the area.k, so that it can be registered in the real estate register. The work will serve as a basis for the land office's decision on the approval of the proposal for land improvements and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The draft of the CoPU will be drawn up according to a more detailed breakdown that exactly corresponds to the requirementsstated in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure for carrying out land improvements and the details of the proposal for land improvements.
