- The subject of the performance of the above-limit public contract for services is the processing of the KoPU proposal, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class determined for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll.
The KoPU proposal will be processed so that it can be entered in the real estate cadastre. The work will serveas a basis for the land office's decision on the approval of the proposal for land improvements and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The draft KoPU will be drawn up according to a more detailed breakdown, which exactly corresponds to the requirements set out in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure for the implementation of landadjustments and details of the design of land adjustments.
