- The subject of the public contract is the processing of complex land improvements in c.u. Uhřice, based on the request of the owners of more than half of the area of ZPF in c.u. Uhřice, pursuant to Section 6, Paragraph 3 of Act No. 139/2002 Coll., with the aim of spatially and functionally organizing ownership rights to land and related encumbrances,make land available and ensure conditions for rational management of land owners and increase the ecological stability of the landscape. The results of the KoPU will serve for the renewal of the cadastral record and as an indispensable basis for spatial planning. The expected size of the area to be dealt with is 389 ha. Until expectedThe KoPU district includes 3,043 parcels, registered on 145 title deeds. The expected number of participants in the proceedings is 193 people.
