Description:
The subject of the performance of this public order is the processing of a proposal for complex land improvements (hereinafter referred to as "KoPU") in the cadastral territory of Arnolec, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class determined for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the cadastral real estate (cadastral decreeka), as amended.
KoPU will be solved with special attention to the adjustment of water management conditions, anti-erosion and anti-flood measures. The entire cadastral territory of Arnolec, excluding the built-up and buildable territory of the municipality, the agricultural area, will be included in the area of complex land improvementsski cooperative and the mill under the Mlynske rybnik dam. The estimated area of the area under consideration is in the cadastral area (hereafter referred to as "c.u.") Arnolec is 638 ha, of which the area under consideration according to § 2 of Act. 139/2002 Coll. is 503 ha.
