Description:
The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of a proposal for complex land improvements (hereinafter referred to as "KoPU") in the cadastral area of Březnik, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class specified for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the cadastral real estate (cadastral decreeka), as amended. The proposal of the KoPU will be processed in such a way that it can be registered in the real estate cadastre.
The entire cadastral territory of the municipality of Březnik will be included in the KoPU district, excluding the built-up territory of the municipality, contiguous complexes of forest land and land with a sewage treatment plant near the village.The expected size of the area to be addressed is 669 ha. Part of the forest land with an area of approx. 2 ha is included as managed land.
