- The subject of this above-limit public contract for services is the processing of proposals for 4 complex land improvements in the area affected by the construction of the D35 highway (hereinafter referred to as "KoPU") in the cadastral territory of Janov u LitomyΕ‘le, including part of the c.u. Δista near LitomyΕ‘le, further in the cadastral territories of MikuleΔ, Opatovec and Moravsky LaΔnov, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class determined for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decree). KoPU proposals will be processed so that it can be registered in the real estate cadastre. The work will serve as a basis for rothe agreement of the land office on the approval of the proposal for land improvements and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. KoPU proposals will be drawn up according to a more detailed breakdown, which exactly corresponds to the requirements set out in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure for carrying out land improvements and appropriatedraft proposals for land improvements, as amended.
