Description:
The subject of the public contract is the development of a proposal for comprehensive land management in c.u. Přimda, Velke Dvorce and Ujezd pod Přimdou (according to Act No. 139/2002 Coll., on land adjustments and land authorities and on the amendment of Act No. 229/1991 Coll., on the adjustment of ownership relations to land and other agricultural property, inthe wording of later regulations) including the necessary surveying activities intended for the renewal of the cadastral operation (the accuracy of the geometric and positional determination will correspond to code 3 of the quality characteristics according to § 7 paragraph and point 13 of the Annex to Decree No. 357/2013 Coll. of the Decree on the Real Estate Cadastre (Cadastredecree), drawing up documentation for introducing the results of the KoPU into the real estate cadastre (hereinafter referred to as the "work").
The work will serve as a basis for the land office's decision on the approval of the land development proposal and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights, and also as an indispensable basis forspatial planning.
The estimated area of complex land development is set at 976 ha (Přimda district 584 ha, Velke Dvorce district 181 ha and Ujezd pod Přimdou district 211 ha).
