Description:
The subject of the contract is the creation of project documentation, the performance of engineering activities, the author's supervision and the OHS coordinator in the preparation of the construction. The use of buildings in Bila.in Bila so that future operation is economical and the building's heating source meets the requirements of legal immission limits. At the same time, the outdoor areas of the area, including parking, pedestrian areas, etc., will be dealt with, and the necessary engineering objects will also be dealt with.
The project documentation will be processed on the basis ofprocessed documentation for issuing a decision on the location of a building or facility ("DUR"), in which the reconstruction of the existing pavilions A and B is proposed, the other pavilions are intended for demolition, and further according to the demolition work documentation ("DBP"). The demolished buildings will be replaced by a new building including accommodationation, educational and social spaces. According to the DUR, a new sports hall is also proposed in the VSC Bila area. The project documentation will also include a proposal for the phasing of construction modifications for individual buildings.
