Description: The subject of performance is the construction, resp. completion of the building of the Faculty of the Environment. It is an extension of the existing FŽP I building. Both buildings will be firmly connected by two connecting necks. The building will have 6 floors - 3 above ground and 3 underground. The roof will be flat with an intense grass surface. On the roof there is a technological superstructure with a sloping roof with a slight saddle slope. On the northern façade, there will be vertical gardens formed by plastic boxes, which will be hung directly on the steel structure anchored via a contact thermal insulation system directly to the supporting part of the building. The project addresses the outdoor accumulation, treatment and distribution of rainwater and gray wastewater, which will be produced by the proposed FŽP III building. In the eastern part in front of the new building, a wetland habitat with a root filter is designed.
