- Completion of the Faculty of the Environment - FŽP III
Description of the contract: The subject of performance is the construction, resp. completion of the building of the Faculty of the Environment. It is an extension of the building FŽP I. Both buildings will be firmly connected by two connecting necks. The building will have 6 floors - 3 above ground and 3 underground. The roof will be an area with an intense grass surface. The technological setting with a sloping roof with a slight saddle is stressed. On the northern façade, the vertical gardens will be formed by plastic boxes, which will be hung directly on the steel structure anchored via a contact thermal insulation system directly into the load-bearing part of the building. The project addresses the outdoor accumulation, treatment and distribution of tenth and gray sewage, which will be produced by the proposed FŽP III building. In the eastern part in front of the new building, a wetland habitat with a root filter is designed.
