Description:
The subject of the performance of the public contract is, in cooperation with the client and according to the documentation for the execution of the construction prepared by the company Atelier 99 s.r.o., with registered office at Purkyňova 71/99, Královo Pole, 612 00 Brno, ID number: 02463245, according to the legal regulations governing the area implementation of construction works in the details necessary for the processing of the offer and statement of measurements, completion of classrooms and gymnasium in ZŠ Pečky. The contracting authority assumes that the public contract will be co-financed from subsidy funds (hereinafter referred to as "subsidy") from the National Sports agency (hereinafter referred to as the "subsidy provider"). The detailed definition of the subject of the public procurement is defined in Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation. The contractor will provide construction work to the client on the basis of the contract and according to the highest standards of professional efficiency and quality. The supplier will respect the applicable legal order of the Czech Republic when implementing the public contract.
