Description:
The subject of the performance of the public order is, in cooperation with the contracting authority and according to the documentation for the execution of the construction prepared by the company Atelier 99 s.r.o., with registered office at Purkyňova 71/99, Kralovo Pole, 612 00 Brno, IČO: 02463245, according to the legal regulations governing the implementation of construction works in detail necessary for the processing of the offer and the statement of measurements, the completion of classrooms and the gymnasium in ZŠ Pečky.
The contracting authority assumes that the public contract will be co-financed from subsidy funds (hereinafter referred to as "subsidy") from the National Sports Agency (hereinafter referred to as "subsidy provider").
Detailed definition of the subject of public performance contract is defined in Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation.
The supplier will respect the applicable legal order of the Czech Republic when implementing the public contract.
Construction of classrooms and gyms at ZŠ Pečky
