• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of complete laboratory diagnostic services for patients with prescribed comprehensive spa medical rehabilitation care (hereinafter referred to as "KLP"), included in one of the research studies, which will be carried out simultaneously in selected spa facilities in Karlovy Vary, Mariánské Lázně and Františkovy Lázně. Maximum number of samples for laboratory analysis: Karlovy Vary standard sampling 350 (200 input, 150 output) Karlovy Vary special sampling 350 (200 input, 150 output) Mariánské Lázně standard consumption 350 (200 input, 150 output) Františkovy Lázně standard consumption 130 (75 input, 55 output) Part of the performance is also the transfer of pseudonymised data, according to a mutually agreed schedule, to the client - the Institute of Spas and balneology, v.v.i. (hereinafter referred to as "ILaB"), in electronic form on a dedicated USB flash drive, 16 GB, software AES-128 encryption, USB 3.0, USB-A and USB-C connector, in the format of a standard summary laboratory report (.pdf) and further in a pre-agreed .xls(x) format. All data transmitted to ILaBu must be pseudonymized - i.e. provided only with the "ID codes" of individual patients, which will be transmitted by the given spa facility. The laboratory is responsible for the correct use of patient ID codes and it is its responsibility that there will be no confusion. Samples will be taken by a selected spa facility, laboratory diagnostics will be performed by an accredited medical laboratory (according to the applicable standard ČSN EN ISO 15189). Timely collection and proper collection of samples in selected spa facilities in Karlovy Vary, Mariánské Lázní and Františké Lázní no later than 24 hours after ordering laboratory services.
