• The subject of the public contract is the provision of insurance services for the city of Příbor and selected companies established or controlled by it organization to the extent determined by the procurement documentation and its annexes. The public contract is divided into the following parts: Part A - Insurance property and liability Part B - Vehicle insurance - City of Příbor Part C - Vehicle insurance - Technical services of the city of Příbora, contribution organization In the case of part C - Vehicle insurance - Technical services of the city of Příbora, a contributory organization, it will be insurance the contract was concluded directly between the selected supplier and the Technical Services organization of the city of Příbora, contribution organization, ID 00143651, with registered office Štramberská 483, 742 58 Příbor. Within this section, the contracting authority acts as the contracting authority, whereby the contractual relationship from the insurance itself will arise between the selected supplier and by the said contributory organization. A participant in the procurement procedure is entitled to submit an offer for one, more or all parts of the public contract.
