• Description:
• The subject of this public order is to conduct an audit of the summary at the level of a statutory audit, analysis of the costs and duration of insolvency and methodological advice in the area of ​​the subject of VZ according to applicable legal standards, internal guidelines and internal documentation of the Contracting Authority, including related professional advice and consultation, based on the conclusion of the contract for the provision of services. The contracting authority specifies that in the course of 2025 the two organizations will merge, the successor organization being the National Institute for Culture (according to NIK). The disappearing organization is Nrodn information and advisory center for culture (according to NIPOS only). The decisive day of the merger is 1 July 2025, when the name of the successor organization will change from Institut umn Divadeln stav (according to IDU only) to NIK. The contracting authority points out that the organizations are pspvkov organizations established by the Ministry of Culture, which approves and disapproves the annual summaries of its member organizations. The IDU summary for the year 20204 was not approved by the assessor. The NIPOS summary as of 6/30/2025 was therefore not approved by the assessor. The contracting authority calls for a repeat audit of the annual summary even after 2025, her for the merged organization.
